Shipping Policy
Hi, I'm Diana.
When you order, I package the piece myself in a small linen
pouch, write a card by hand, and drop it at the post office
in our village. It usually takes 7-12 business days to reach
you in the US. Free shipping over $35, otherwise $9.95.

Where I ship
Currently the United States only. Hawaii and Alaska included.
I'd love to ship internationally one day, but for now, US only.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders over $35
- $9.95 flat rate for orders under $35
(That's not me making money on shipping — that's roughly what
USPS charges me. Above $35, I just absorb it.)
When pieces arrive
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after you order
- Shipping time: 5–11 business days (USPS First Class / Ground)
- Total time you'll wait: about 7–14 business days
I'm one person working with a small fulfillment partner. I cannot
do same-day or overnight. If you need a piece by a specific date
(a birthday, an anniversary), please order at least 3 weeks ahead,
and let me know in the order notes — I'll prioritize it.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your piece ships.
If you don't see it within 4 business days of ordering, check your
spam folder, then write to me: hello@dianaboutiques.com
If a package goes missing
Most packages arrive fine. If yours hasn't moved in tracking for
more than 7 days, write to me. I'll either:
- File a claim with USPS
- Send a replacement if the piece is still available
- Refund you in full
Once a package shows "delivered," I unfortunately can't be
responsible for porch theft. Please ship to an address where
someone can receive it, or where packages are safe.
Customs (for the few international pieces)
I source these pieces from 47 countries. Each piece has already
cleared customs into the US — you won't pay any customs fees when
I ship to you within the country.
Holidays and delays
Around major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's),
USPS gets slower. I'll post a note on the homepage if there's a
specific delay expected. If you're shipping a piece as a gift,
please order early.
